With more than 250 mobile homes, Los Gallardos Leisure is the largest mobile-home park in southern Spain. This helps us keep communal charges lower than those at other parks.

12 months for the price of 11
Paying annually in advance gives a discount equivalent to one month’s pitch rental. The previous discounted rate described on this page started at €230 per month, compared with communal charges at apartment complexes. Pitch fees vary with the size of the plot.
Fees are charged monthly. Payment can be made by direct debit, bank card, bank transfer or in the shop. With annual payment in advance, only 11 months are charged instead of 12.
What was included?
- Communal charges.
- Television with more than 50 British channels and Spanish channels.
- Municipal refuse charges and other local charges.
- Maintenance charges.
What was not included?
- Metered utilities, so you pay only for what you use.
- Gas, delivered weekly on site by Repsol.
- Insurance: every mobile home must have at least third-party liability cover.

Holiday and tourism use only. A mobile home cannot be used as a habitual or permanent residence. Annual payment for a pitch does not authorise residential occupation or an uninterrupted twelve-month stay.
