1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Contracting Parties
This contract is established between:
- ARK 90 SL, with CIF B-04122974, the company that manages Camping Los Gallardos Leisure and the sale of accommodation vouchers (hereinafter referred to as “THE CAMPING” or “the Provider”), with a customer service phone number +34 950 528 324 and email reception@campinglosgallardos.com. THE CAMPING is the owner of the websites www.CampingLosGallardos.com and www.LosGallardosLeisure.es.
- The Client (hereinafter referred to as “the User”), who makes a reservation or purchases a voucher and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided.
By accepting this agreement, the User confirms that:
- They have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
- They are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- They agree to comply with all obligations outlined in these terms.
- Their intent is to complete a reservation or purchase a voucher.
This document may be printed and stored by the User for future reference. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us before proceeding with your purchase.
1.2 Validity and Modifications
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made through our website and remain valid indefinitely. THE CAMPING reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time, provided such modifications do not affect reservations or vouchers purchased before the change. Users are advised to review the terms before making a booking.
1.3 Liability
- THE CAMPING is responsible for the proper provision of services up to the amount of the deposit paid for the reservation.
- The User waives any right to claim damages from THE CAMPING for dissatisfaction with the services provided through the website, as well as for any website access issues, including but not limited to technical failures, slow access, data loss, or other disruptions affecting the User’s device or network.
1.4 Description of Services
THE CAMPING offers:
- Accommodation reservations (hereinafter referred to as “Reservations”).
- Vouchers that can be purchased for specific amounts and used to book accommodation at the lowest available rates at our campsite (hereinafter referred to as “Vouchers”).
- Ticket vouchers for events or special occasions at our restaurant.
- Gift vouchers for a set amount of money which can then be redeemed by a nominated third party against goods or services within our Complex.
All services are available exclusively through our official websites, designated telephone service, third party booking agencies or in person at our Reception, and these Terms and Conditions apply to all sales channels. Third party booking agencies may add their own Terms and Conditions for any sales through their own channels, and the Campsite is not responsible in any way for those terms and conditions.

1.5 Applicable legislation
The Site is run as a campsite under the Decreto 26/2018, de 23 de enero, de ordenación de los campamentos de turismo, y de modificación del Decreto 20/2002, de 29 de enero,de Turismo en el Medio Rural y Turismo Activo. The Site is registered in the Registro de Turismo de Andalucía with inscription number CM/AL/0017.
1.6 Stay Length and purpose
- Stays under this agreement must comply with the regulations established in Decreto 26/2018.
- The sole purpose of Your stay is for tourism, and You acknowledge and agree that your stay does not grant or imply any right to remain or establish residency at the campsite.Upon the expiration of the agreed and paid-for stay, the guest must vacate the campsite, removing all personal belongings.
- Pitches cannot be sold or transferred.
- Renewal of the agreement is solely at the discretion of the campsite.
- Renewal may be denied in cases where:
- The guest has violated campsite regulations.
- The length of stay exceeds the maximum period permitted under Decreto 26/2018.
- You have attempted to Sell your site contract to a Third Party.
2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
2.1 Scope of Application
This contract governs the purchase and sale of accommodation services provided by THE CAMPING at a specific price, as well as the reservation and payment process by the User. By checking the acceptance box during the online booking or voucher purchase process, or by reading and accepting these Terms upon check-in, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply from the date the User makes a reservation or purchases a voucher. The contractual relationship entails the provision of accommodation services in exchange for a publicly displayed price, as shown on our website at the time of booking or purchasing a voucher.
2.2 Geographic Scope
Reservations and voucher purchases can be made from anywhere in the world through our official websites.
2.3 Capacity to Contract
To make a reservation or purchase a voucher, the User must be of legal age (18 years or older) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Reservations or purchases made by minors without explicit authorization from a legal guardian will be considered invalid. THE CAMPING reserves the right to request proof of age if necessary.
2.4 Customer Acceptance
A reservation or voucher purchase is validated via email confirmation. By completing the transaction, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These conditions are permanently available on our website and can be provided via email upon request.
2.5 Modification of the General Terms and Conditions
THE CAMPING reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly. However, any changes will not affect bookings or voucher purchases made before the modification. The terms in force at the time of booking or purchase shall apply.
3. INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE
3.1 Publication of Prices
- The prices of accommodation are those displayed on our website at the time of booking.
- The prices of vouchers correspond to the rates displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Prices are subject to change, but modifications will not affect reservations or vouchers already purchased.
3.2 Information on Accommodation and Vouchers
- The information provided in our advertisements, brochures, website, or other materials serves as an invitation to book and does not constitute a binding contract until a reservation or purchase is confirmed.
- Our website content is regularly updated to provide accurate and detailed information.
- Information is available in Spanish, Catalan, French, and English.
- Communication with customers, including contract formalization, will be conducted in the language chosen by the customer, provided it is indicated before initiating the booking process.
3.3 Availability of Accommodation
- Only accommodation that is available at the time of booking will be shown on our website.
- If an accommodation option is fully booked, it will not be displayed as available.
3.4 Booking Period and Confirmation
- Online reservations can be made 24/7, 365 days a year during the campsite’s official opening period, as indicated on the website.
- Once a booking is completed:
- The User will automatically receive an email confirming the booking process.
- A final confirmation email will be sent once the payment is received and validated by THE CAMPING.
- Reception and telephone support hours during the opening period of the campsite are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
3.5 Fraud Prevention
- THE CAMPING reserves the right to cancel any booking or voucher purchase if fraudulent activity or anomalies are detected.
- This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized transactions, falsified payment details, or any suspicious activity that compromises security.
4.1 Booking of Accommodation
Once the User has selected the desired accommodation, the contracting procedure will follow these steps:
- Selection of Accommodation
- The User selects the accommodation type, check-in and check-out dates, and any additional services available.
- The total price, including applicable taxes and fees, will be displayed before proceeding.
- Completion of Personal and Payment Information
- The User provides the necessary personal details (full name, contact details, and payment information).
- The User must confirm that all entered information is correct before proceeding.
- Review and Acceptance of Terms
- The User must review the General Terms and Conditions and accept them by checking the designated box before finalizing the reservation.
- Payment Processing
- The payment is processed through the selected payment method.
- The User may receive a request for additional authentication if required by their payment provider (e.g., two-factor authentication).
- Booking Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, the User will receive an automated confirmation email summarizing the reservation details, including:
- Accommodation details
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Total price and payment confirmation
- Cancellation and modification policies

5. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION OR PURCHASE
Upon completing your online reservation or voucher purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.
5.1 Payment for Reservations
- A non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking.
- Payment for accommodation reservations is due upon arrival at the establishment.
- Five (5) days before your arrival, you will receive a reminder email with relevant details about your stay.
5.2 Payment for Voucher Purchases
- Vouchers must be paid for at the time of purchase via credit card through the website.
- Once the transaction is completed, a confirmation email will be sent.
5.3 Correction of Errors
If there is an error in the reservation or voucher details or you have not received the confirmation email, you should immediately contact our Customer Service at:

6. PRICES AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF OFFERS
- All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable rate at the time of booking or purchase.
- Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and remain valid as shown on the website.
6.1 Invoicing
- The invoice for accommodation reservations will be provided to the User at the time of payment.
6.2 Pricing and Promotions
- The applicable price for each accommodation rental or voucher is the price published on the website at the time of booking or purchase.
- If a limited-time promotion is available, the discounted rate will be applied only if the reservation is completed during the promotion period.
- The date recorded by the payment system serves as proof of the transaction time and determines whether the reservation qualifies for any active promotions.

7. METHODS OF PAYMENT
During the online booking process, the User is required to provide credit or debit card details as a guarantee for the reservation.
7.1 Payment for Accommodation Reservations
- The User must provide a valid credit or debit card, entering all required details, including:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Name of the cardholder
- A deposit is taken upon the acceptance of the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
- Only secure card payments are accepted, where authentication of the cardholder’s identity is required via secure e-commerce protocols (e.g., Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode).
- A reservation is not confirmed and will not be processed unless the deposit is paid.
In the event of a late cancellation with applicable charges or a no-show, the deposit will be seized..
7.2 Payment for Voucher Purchases
- Voucher purchases must be paid for at the time of ordering using a valid credit or debit card.
- The transaction is finalized immediately upon purchase.
- Only secure transactions requiring authentication via the User’s bank (e.g., Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) are accepted.
- A voucher purchase is not considered valid until payment authorization is confirmed by the bank.
7.3 Secure Payment Processing
- The website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which encrypts all transmitted data to ensure confidentiality and security.
- For security reasons, THE CAMPING does not store or have direct access to Users’ bank details.
- All transactions and card payments are processed directly by our banking partner.
8. CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
8.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation reservations, as they are services provided for a specific date or period and are not intended as permanent housing.
8.2 Voucher Cancellation Policy
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and cannot be exchanged for cash after purchase.
- However, in the case of a voucher reservation, the User may request a free date change, subject to the availability of the campsite.
8.3 Accommodation Reservation Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed until 12:00 PM (noon) on the deadline stated in the reservation confirmation which unless otherwise specified is considered to be 14 (fourteen) days before your arrival date.
- If cancellation occurs after this deadline, the deposit will be kept and no further charges will be taken.
- If the reserved accommodation is not occupied on the scheduled arrival date or by 12:00 PM (noon) the following day, and no prior written notice of delay has been received, the reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund.
8.4 No Refunds for Delayed Arrivals or Early Departures
- No refunds will be issued for delays in arrival or early departure.
- In the event of campsite stays, upon an early departure request, the cost of your stay will be calculated on the daily tariff applicable to the dates of your stay, and any difference between this amount and the amount paid will be refunded.
8.5 Optional Cancellation Insurance
- THE CAMPING offers optional cancellation insurance provided by an external insurance company.
- Users can review the insurance terms and benefits through a link available during the booking process.
- The purchase of cancellation insurance is voluntary, and any claims related to the insurance are entirely the responsibility of the insurance provider.
- Neither ARK 90 SL nor THE CAMPING assume any liability for claims related to the cancellation insurance policy.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 Data protection information

10. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
We may use your email address to send you commercial information about our services, promotions, and news as part of our customer service, under the following conditions:
- If you have given express consent, we may send you commercial communications for the duration of our business relationship.
- If you have made a booking or purchased a voucher, but have not expressly given consent, we may send you commercial communications based on legitimate interest, as allowed under applicable data protection laws.
- In all cases, we will only send commercial information after obtaining your express consent.
Unsubscribing from Commercial Communications
You may unsubscribe at any time and stop receiving commercial information by sending an email to lopd@campinglosgallardos.com with your request, or using the “unsubscribe” button included in all emails.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL OF BUNGALOWS
11.1 Security Deposit and Pre-Authorization
- Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of €150.00 will be placed on the User’s credit or debit card as a security deposit for short-term rentals. This pre-authorization does not count toward the rental fee.
- The pre-authorization will be released within 14 days after departure, provided there is no loss or damage to the property.
- This amount is not charged but serves as an authorization to charge the card in the event of a breach of this contract.
- For long-term rentals (over 4 weeks), a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required before check-in, which will be held in an account.
- If damages exceed the deposit amount, the Renter will forfeit the deposit and any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. A detailed invoice will be provided for all charges.
- Non payment of the security deposit will be considered a notice of cancellation on Your behalf.
11.2 Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
- If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival, this deposit is not refunded.
- This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the stay as paid upon arrival.
- Check-in will not be granted until the total cost of the stay has been paid in full, all guests have registered at Reception and a Security Deposit has been taken.
11.3 COVID-19 Force Majeure Clause
- If force majeure (e.g., COVID-19 restrictions) prevents arrival or return home, the deposit may be refunded, even within the 14-day cancellation window, at the sole discretion of THE CAMPING.
11.4 Security Deposit Deductions
Any loss or damage to the property may be deducted from the security deposit, including but not limited to:
- Exceeding the number of guests listed on the rental contract.
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Excessive cleaning or laundry needs due to improper use.
- Missing items, including towels, cutlery, and furnishings.
- Damage to white goods, appliances, locks, or doors.
- Flooding or soiling of carpets, linens, or towels.
- Replacement of lost keys (€75 per lost key) or security gate fob (€15).
- Lock-out service fee (€25 for re-entry due to misplaced keys).
- Unpaid bills or misuse of site amenities.
11.5 Rental Property Rules
Upon arrival, the following conditions apply:
- Report any defects or issues immediately, as failure to do so may result in liability for damages.
- All guests must present official ID (passport, EU ID card, or driving license) upon check-in.
- The property must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
- The property may only be used as a temporary residence—commercial activities, photography, or filming without permission are prohibited.
- Furniture must not be moved from its original placement.
- Pets are not allowed inside the property or on-site unless in a pet-friendly bungalow.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit.
- Guests must comply with campsite rules, including quiet hours from midnight to 6 AM.
- Only the number of persons listed on the reservation may stay in the rental. Additional guests must register at Reception and pay an overnight fee.
- The property is fully equipped with essentials such as linens, towels (excluding beach towels), and cutlery. Guests must provide their own toiletries and detergents. All equipment must be returned to the home before departure.
- The property will be cleaned after departure. A normal cleaning fee is included, but if additional cleaning is required, charges may apply (€35 per hour).
11.6 Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: Unless otherwise arranged, check-in occurs on the first day of the stay. Guests should call ahead to confirm an arrival time. All guests must present a valid ID and complete check-in upon arrival.
- Check-out:
- Standard check-out time is 10 AM.
- If no new guests are arriving, late check-out may be arranged upon request.
- Guests must settle any outstanding bills before departure, including the final utility bill.
11.7 Additional Charges and Responsibilities
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
- Changes to reservations may incur a service charge, depending on the nature of the request.
- Utilities (water, electricity) are metered and charged separately at the end of the stay.
- For short-term stays, gas is included. If a gas bottle needs replacing, Reception must be notified.
- For long-term stays, guests are responsible for purchasing new gas bottles directly from the supplier.
- The unit must be vacated on the agreed date, unless otherwise arranged. Additional rent must be paid in advance if the stay is extended.
11.8 Abandoned Possessions
- THE CAMPING is not responsible for any items left behind.
- Items found will be held for one week. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of.
- If requested, lost items can be returned at the guest’s expense. Shipping costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
11.9 Subletting and Visitors
- The rental unit may not be sublet or assigned to another party.
- Day Visitors are permitted free of charge but must register at Reception if staying overnight and pay an overnight fee.
11.10 Right of Access to the Property
THE CAMPING reserves the right to enter the rental unit without prior notice in the following situations:
- To conduct urgent or agreed repairs.
- To supply agreed services.
- In the event of an emergency.
- To ensure the integrity of the unit.
- If an abnormal situation is reported.
11.11 Alternative Accommodation in Case of Unavailability
- In exceptional cases, the reserved unit may become unavailable due to circumstances beyond THE CAMPING’s control. If this occurs, THE CAMPING reserves the right to reassign the guest to an equivalent unit of the same size and condition without prior notice.
- Unavailability of a specific unit does not constitute valid grounds for cancellation or compensation when another accommodation is provided.
12. ADMISSION OF PETS
12.1 Permitted Pets
The Establishment allows the following pets:
- Cats
- Dogs (excluding potentially dangerous breeds – “PPT”)
The admission of potentially dangerous animals is strictly prohibited, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes animals that:
- Exhibit aggressive or dangerous behavior toward people, animals, or property.
- Show signs of illness or lack of hygiene.
- Are in mating season, which may lead to behavioral issues.
12.2 Reservation and Documentation Requirements
- Guests must request prior confirmation for pet accommodation at the time of booking or inform the Establishment before arrival.
- A maximum of two (2) pets per accommodation unit and four (4) pets per pitch is allowed, subject to prior approval.
- Upon check-in, the guest must present a valid civil liability insurance policy covering damages to third parties, including the responsibility of the pet owner.
- Pets must be up to date with mandatory vaccinations and meet all legal ownership requirements, including:
- Microchip identification
- Certificate of ownership (if required by law)
- Any other legally required pet documentation
- The Establishment reserves the right to request documentation at any time during the pet’s stay.
12.3 Fees and Charges
- The first two pets are free of charge.
- Any additional pets are subject to a €5 per night, per pet fee.
- Any damage caused by the pet to the Establishment’s property will be charged to the guest’s account.
13. CONDITIONS FOR PET ACCOMMODATION AND ENTRY
13.1 Common Areas and Public Spaces
- Pets must always remain under the direct supervision of their owner in common areas.
- Cats must be transported in carriers while in public spaces.
- Dogs must be on a leash and wear a muzzle if required by law.
- Feeding pets is only allowed in designated areas.
- Owners must clean up any defecation or urine immediately.
- Pets are prohibited from entering the following areas:
- Bar-restaurant
- Supermarket
- Kids’ club and playground
- Swimming pool
13.2 Areas with Strict Hygiene and Health Regulations
In compliance with Article 14 of Royal Decree 1021/2022, which regulates hygiene in food retail establishments:
- Pets are prohibited in any area where food is prepared, handled, displayed, or stored.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area or children’s play areas.
13.3 Accommodation Rules for Pets
- Pets must never be left alone inside the accommodation or on pitches.
- Owners must ensure that pets do not disturb other guests (e.g., excessive barking).
- Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
- Pets may not be bathed in the showers, sinks, or other campsite cleaning facilities.
14. ENTRY, PRESENCE, AND ACCOMMODATION OF ASSISTANCE DOGS
14.1 Working Dogs and Assistance Dogs
- Working dogs of armed forces and security services are permitted in the Establishment when on duty, in accordance with their specific legislation.
- Assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed, subject to the applicable regional regulations.
14.2 Conditions for Assistance Dogs
- The handler must carry and present:
- Official assistance dog documentation
- Veterinary health records
- The dog must wear identification on its collar or harness and be equipped with a microchip in compliance with animal protection laws.
- The assistance dog must be kept under control using appropriate restraint and safety measures based on its breed and training.
14.3 Restricted Areas for Assistance Dogs
- Assistance dogs are not allowed in areas where food is handled or prepared.
- Assistance dogs are not permitted in swimming pools.
14.4 Grounds for Denying Entry to Assistance Dogs
An assistance dog may be denied entry in the following cases:
- If serious imminent danger is posed to the handler, a third party, or the dog itself.
- If the dog shows visible signs of illness, including:
- Fever, skin conditions, diarrhea, abnormal secretions, or wounds posing a potential health risk.
- Lack of hygiene or care that could compromise public health.
15. EARLY TERMINATION OF STAY AND LIABILITY OF PET OWNERS
15.1 Expulsion Due to Non-Compliance
- Failure to comply with this Pet Admission Procedure may result in immediate termination of the pet’s stay, without any refund.
- Guests refusing to vacate the premises may be reported to the authorities for enforcement.
15.2 Reporting to Authorities
- If a guest violates animal welfare regulations, the Establishment reserves the right to report the incident to the competent public authorities.
15.3 Liability of Pet Owners
- The pet owner is fully responsible for any damage, injury, or disturbance caused to:
- Other guests
- Other animals
- The Establishment’s property
- The Establishment reserves the right to recover damages from the pet owner for any compensation paid to third parties due to incidents involving the pet.
16. CHILDREN
16.1 Responsible Adult
- Guests may bring children to the Establishment; however, a designated responsible adult must be assigned at check-in.
- This adult will be solely responsible for the behavior, supervision, and safety of the child(ren) throughout their stay.
16.2 Use of Common Facilities
- Children may only access and use common facilities such as the swimming pool and playground when accompanied by a responsible adult.
- The designated adult must actively supervise the child(ren) and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
16.3 Long-Term Stays
- The Establishment does not permit children to stay for a period exceeding three (3) consecutive calendar months.
17. VEHICULAR ACCESS
17.1 Traffic Regulations
- All vehicles must comply with traffic laws within the campsite perimeter.
- A speed limit of 10 KPH is strictly enforced across the campsite.
- The use of horns is prohibited, except in emergencies.
- Speed bumps and one-way streets are in effect within the campsite.
- All internal roads within the campsite are considered subject to public road regulations for safety and compliance purposes.
17.2 Car Parking
- Vehicles may not be parked in communal areas, adjacent pitches, or roadways.
- If a vehicle does not fit within the designated pitch, the guest must arrange alternative parking with Reception.
- The Miraflores car park is for temporary use only:
- Occasional overnight parking is permitted.
- However, no vehicle may remain parked for more than 12 consecutive hours or be left on sequential nights.
18. REGULATION OF NOISE AND LIGHT
- A quiet period is enforced from 00:00 (midnight) to 06:30.
- During this period:
- Noise levels must not exceed 50 decibels.
- Light levels must not exceed 4 lux.
- Vehicular movement is restricted during the quiet period, and vehicles must be left at the campsite entrance when entering during this quiet period.
19. CONTROL OF FIRE
- Open fires are strictly prohibited within the campsite grounds.
- Controlled barbecues are only permitted when:
- Used within approved containers.
- Located in designated barbecue areas.
- Fire extinguishers and fire reels are available at regular intervals throughout the campsite.
- Any use of fire extinguishers or fire reels must be reported to Reception immediately.
- The storage of dangerous or flammable materials on-site is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in all common areas, bungalows and buildings of the site.
- Mobile homes and campers must:
- Have a valid fire extinguisher in their caravan at all times.
- Inform Reception of the existence and availability of the fire extinguisher.
20. PITCH OCCUPANCY
- Campers may not install, modify, or build permanent structures on their pitch.
- The installation of electrical or gas appliances that are not part of an integral caravan or motorhome unit is subject to management approval, based on the type and condition of the unit.
- Pitch occupancy is conditional upon maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness and presentability.
- The sale of caravans on a pitch is not permitted.
- Campers are not permitted to move or occupy another pitch without prior approval from Reception.
20.1 Restrictions on Installations and Modifications
- Satellite dishes, air conditioning units, and antennas may only be installed if attached to the caravan.
- Each pitch is prepared by the campsite and modifications to the pitch are not permitted.
- No work may be carried out on any pitch without prior approval from management.
- You agree not to modify or cut any vegetation or trees without prior approval from management.
- There exists an express prohibition on installing fixed structures, enclosures, pavements, sinks, large household appliances, or any other similar elements on the pitches.
20.2 Commercial and Trade Restrictions
- Traders are not permitted on-site.
- External workers may only perform work on-site if approved by management.
- The campsite may not be used as a base for business or commercial activities.
- Campers may not display commercial signage or store commercial items on-site.
21. GENERAL SITE RENTAL
21.1 Site Rental Fees
- A daily rental fee applies to each pitch. This amount may vary. The amount of this fee is available online and in the Reception for the period of the next 18 months.
- Rent must be paid in advance.
- Discounts may be offered for advance payments, subject to the campsite’s pricing policies.
- Site rental agreements are exclusively between the guest and the campsite and may not be transferred to third parties.
21.2 Non-Payment of Site Fees
- Failure to pay site fees in advance will result in the termination of campsite services.
- In such cases, the guest must immediately remove their caravan from the site.
- At the end of the rental period, the guest is responsible for removing their caravan from the premises.
21.3 Utilities and Additional Services
- Water and electricity consumption are metered and charged at published rates.
- Other services are also charged according to the official price list.
- A full list of current prices is available at Reception.
- Any modifications to pricing will be published at Reception for guest reference.
22. NULLITY AND INEFFECTIVENESS OF CLAUSES
If any clause or provision of these General Conditions is declared null, void, or legally ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall apply only to the specific clause or part thereof, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The unaffected clauses shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be considered as if it had never been included in these General Conditions.
23. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, except in matters expressly regulated otherwise.
In the event of a dispute arising from the provision of services covered by these Conditions, both parties agree that any judicial dispute shall be settled in the courts of VERA (Almería).
